Copyright of images

Note: (Client is the party - usually the real estate agent - who originally booked the supplier - Glasshouse Photography)

• The copyright of photos remains with the supplier, Glasshouse Photography.
  Upon payment, Glasshouse Photography’s Clients are given usage rights to the images for the campaign period and may use images for marketing within the agency.

• Images may not be distributed onto another party for commercial use without permission from the original supplier Glasshouse Photography.

• Images may not be on-sold.

• Images may be distributed to vendors/home owners for personal (non-commercial) use only. If vendor would like to use images commercially, permission will need to be given from the supplier Glasshouse Photography.

• Raw photos will not be released.
